Free-charge of Shipment Terms

Longtech provides free-freight delivery in Toronto area if you order enough quantity of our products. We wish we could deliver your order as soon as possible. Your self pick up is always welcome.

Warranty

Unless otherwise specified, all products are sold with a one year parts & labour warranty against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse or any physical damages caused by the customer. Longtech will not,whether expressed or implied, be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products. All warranty returns are subject to the RMA return policy.

• Used products have 7 to 30 days warranty depending on specific product. Longtech do not provide any softwares or support for used products.
• For printer's warranty, all customer will have to contact printer manufactures directly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

RMA Return Policy

In order to process your RMA return promptly, all products must be returned to our warehouse with the following :
1. A copy of original invoice showing serial number.
2. A brief note describing the problem and defective symptoms.
3. All manuals, accessories and original packaging.
Product will be refused to return if there is physical damage, broken warranty seal or alteration of serial numbers by customer and all warranties will be voided. All goods returned for warranty that are found to be non-defective (or damaged as a result of misuse including static discharge) will be shipped back to the customer collect. A service fee of $20.00 per item may be applied.

DOA products and/or any shipping discrepancies must be reported to Longtech within 48 hours . DOA returns are subject to the RMA return policy outlined in this document.

Returns for Credit

Credit will not be issued on any goods purchased over 30 days. Merchandise will be accepted for credit only if returned in resalable condition including original packing and all manuals and accessories. All sealed product, used product and special-ordered product are not returnable. A 15% restocking charge will be applied for returned product. All products returned for credit are subject to the same RMA policy as above. Longtech reserves the right to refuse any request to issue credit for returned product. All returns for credit are to be applied on future purchases. No refund cheques will be issued. A ll credit will be issued at current prices (this also applies to DOA products).

Service Charges

Hourly Labour Rate: $30.00/hour, minimum 3 hour
Non-defective Items: $20.00 handling fee per item
Non-Longtech Product: $30.00 handling fee per item
Refused Shipment: Shipping cost plus $20.00
